That it´s ok to be yourself. That it´s ok not to feel like it. That it´s ok to disagree, to choose otherwise, and to say it. We are so overly sensitive so often. We get preoccupied by reading too much into things, by adding our own flavor to a simple "no" or "later" or "How about you consider this?"..And it´s all so unnecessary.
